AND CONDITIONS Requested Condo and Time Share Rentals may be held for 24 hours without charge. If not canceled by you within 24 hours of placing a hold on a property you WILL be billed for the reservation. There are NO refunds once property has been billed. FAQ 1. What happens when I make request? When you submit a booking request, you create an order that goes through the following steps: Ø Request -- This step is not a booking but simply a request to confirm availability and put the unit on hold. Ø On Hold -- This step, performed automatically by the system, confirms that the unit is on hold for you. You may now proceed with booking flights, etc. If for some reason you no longer wish to continue with this booking, you may cancel the unit that you have put On Hold. Ø Payment Confirmed -- This step finalizes the purchase. It indicates that you have purchased the unit. Please note: cancellation, return, refund, or exchange is NOT possible after this step. Ø Unit Confirmed -- This step is done automatically by the system and confirms the purchase. 2. What is a request? A request is a direction to put the unit on hold. Within a couple minutes of making a request, an email will be sent to your Inbox confirming the availability and hold information. 3. How do I find the status of the request? Simply go to the Bookings tab at the top of the page. You must be logged in before you gain access to view your requests. Simply select the corresponding order number to see the complete details and/or status of your bookings. From here you may also enter any special instructions or comments. 4. If I make a request, am I committed to making a firm booking? You may cancel a hold within 24 hours of the initial request. If no other instruction is received, the order will be processed automatically after 24 hours. 5. Do you guarantee that the unit is available when making a request? The inventory is updated several times a day; however, you may use the “Data Refresh” button to ensure the data is current at the time you make your request. Within a couple minutes, you will receive an email confirming that the unit you requested is On Hold. It will appear just below our logo as "Auto Agent has put the condo (_________) On Hold. The probability of your request coming back Unavailable is small; however, please do not proceed with further holiday planning until you receive the email confirming that the unit is On Hold. 6. How long is the unit put on hold? Depending on the unit, usually the hold is for 24 hours. The “On Hold” email will provide you with more details. 7. How do I know how long a unit is on hold? You will receive an email within a couple minutes of making your request that will confirm availability and provide you with Hold details. You can also monitor your order under the Bookings <http://care.synergytravelpartners.com/Agents/=%22bookings.php%22> In the event you booked a Last Minute Special: The Last Minute Specials must be confirmed 48 hours prior to check-in; therefore, the normal 24 hour hold period may be shortened. 8. How do I cancel a hold? Click on the order under the Bookings <http://care.synergytravelpartners.com/Agents/bookings.php> , and then click on the Cancel button. This can be done any time within 24 hours of your initial request. Please note that once you cancel an order, the unit goes back into inventory, and there is no assurance that it will become available again. 9. Do I have to wait 24 hours to confirm my request? No. If you wish to confirm your request prior to the 24 hours hold period, simply communicate that you’d like your credit card to be processed immediately in the Comments area, under the Bookings tab. 10. After the unit is confirmed, how long until I get confirmation details? Generally within 24 hours of confirming your booking, an email with the Confirmation and Resort Details will be emailed to you. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately. You must take this Confirmation with you to check in. 11. Can I cancel the booking after confirming the unit? No. Confirmed units cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstance. For a nominal fee, the booking may be transferred to another guest. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY TheBestLittleVacationSiteontheWeb.com, Inc. offers a variety of time share and condo properties. In return for the better rates we offer on timeshare and condo properties there are no refunds available in the event of cancellation. In all cases, the cancellation and refund policy for a specific property will be clearly spelled out and sent to you before we require any payment.

The lessee, for themselves and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby releases TheBestLittleVacationSiteontheWeb.com, Inc., the owner of the property being rented and their designated, their respective employees, sureties, insurers attorney, successors and assigns from all claims demands, causes of action, the Lessee has or may have in the future for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever resulting from in connections with the property identified in this rental agreement, including without limitation any claim, demand or cause of action for personal injury, or death and any and all loss, liability, cost and expense resulting from any claim, demand, suit or cause of action which may be asserted. |
